The business requirements concerning the information state what information - about which business objects - and in
which form - automated or manual - are required to execute and finish a business process. This usually takes the form
of a conceptual data requirement, e.g. for this process xyz information about the customer identification, the delivery
address and an indication about the credibility of the customer is required to decide on whether the order can be
accepted directly. The implementation should give guidance on how this information should be made available. For the
customer credibility a paper black list could be used or whether this information should available on the operators
screen. In a later activity this requirement will be detailed in how these business requirements should be interpreted
in terms of a more exact data definition.
